产品介绍
本固定床反应器是一款专为实验室桌面环境设计的紧凑型催化剂评价装置。它将多路气体/液体进料、高温高压反应以及产物分离等功能集成于一体，旨在为催化剂的活性、选择性和稳定性研究提供一套完整、高效且自动化的解决方案。装置标配四路气体和一路液体进料系统，气体通过高精度Brooks质量流量控制器进行计量，液体原料则通过计量泵精确注入迷你填充式气化炉，与气体充分混合后进入反应系统。核心反应区采用迷你反应炉加热，控温精准、热容小，可实现快速升降温。反应产物经过背压阀精确控压后，可通过选配的冷阱进行气液分离，便于后续在线或离线分析。

PRODUCT INTRO
This fixed-bed reactor is a compact catalyst evaluation system specially designed for a laboratory benchtop environment. It integrates functions such as multi-channel gas/liquid feed, high-temperature and high-pressure reactions, and product separation to provide a complete, efficient, and automated solution for studying catalyst activity, selectivity, and stability. The system is equipped with a standard four-channel gas and one-channel liquid feed system. Gas is metered by high-precision Brooks mass flow controllers, while liquid feed is precisely injected by a metering pump into a mini packed vaporizer to be thoroughly mixed with the gas before entering the reaction system. The core reaction zone is heated by a mini reactor furnace, featuring precise temperature control and low thermal mass for rapid heating and cooling. After precise pressure control via a back-pressure regulator, the reaction products can be separated into gas and liquid phases by an optional cold trap for subsequent online or offline analysis.
