The Multi-channel Gas Flow Controller is the core unit for achieving precise atmosphere control. This device integrates multiple high-precision Brooks mass flow controllers to perform independent or mixed control of various common gases, such as nitrogen, hydrogen, and carbon dioxide, according to experimental needs. A specially configured manual four-way switching valve enables instantaneous and stable switching between different gases, avoiding pressure fluctuations during the process and ensuring a smooth transition of the reaction atmosphere.
